Each role includes a match score and a clear explanation of why the AI chose it. This builds trust while helping users understand how the AI makes decisions.

Set the boundaries once
Onboarding isn't paperwork — it's where the user draws the lines the AI won't cross: which roles, where, and a salary floor it will never apply below.
A single “ask me before senior roles” toggle lets people dial autonomy up or down without ever touching a settings maze.

A receipt for everything
The single biggest unlock for trust was the Activity feed — a chronological log of every move the AI made: CVs tailored, applications sent, matches found, inputs needed.
It reframes the product. You're not losing control of your search; you're getting a teammate who reports back.
