A UX Designer turning customer and business problems into well-crafted digital experiences.

I began my career as an illustrator before gradually moving into design. Along the way, I explored several areas, including graphic design and learning design.

I later joined Custom Neon, where my role initially became more focused on sales and design took a back seat. However, speaking with customers and understanding their experiences gradually shifted my focus towards UX. This was where I discovered a real passion for understanding user behaviour and solving problems in ways that improve the customer experience while supporting business goals.

Outside of work, I train in MMA and teach self-defence classes, which I find both challenging and rewarding. I also enjoy spending time with friends and travelling whenever I can. I like to keep life busy, active and varied.
